Swift Ventures Pty Ltd, trading as Ellie Swift, was first founded on the land of the Traditional Owners, the Whadjuk people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, as well as to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our wider communities.

We are committed to the work required to create equity throughout the world. We specifically serve and support anyone who identifies as a womxn in this business, and we welcome womxn of all ages, cultural backgrounds, gender identities and religions to our work. This includes anyone who holds an underrepresented identity such as being Black, Brown, Indigenous, a Person of Colour, a person with a disability, or anyone who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, non-binary, trans, gender fluid, gender nonconforming, queer, intersex or asexual.

We provide partial and full scholarships for all our programs so that we are able to serve a portion of the community that does not have the financial means. For each of our scholarships, we prioritise the most marginalised. It is our pledge that our podcast, Shine Online with Ellie Swift, share and showcase a minimum of 30% of guests who identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous or a Person of Colour. In addition, for any events (in person or online) that Ellie participates in she will ensure she is being included alongside a diverse representation of people.

We are committed to ongoing training and learning, and to date have participated in paid learning from Sharyn Holmes, Dixie Crawford, Trudi Lebron and Annie Gichuru, as well as with Desiree Adaway through paid employment with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy.
