I’m joined today by my incredible client Sofia Rose Bernardi. Sofia is a mindset and business coach, NLP Practitioner, hypnotherapist and has been trained under Tony Robbins Life Coaching certification and John Gottman’s Couples Therapy Certification. She was voted as one of the top 30 coaches to look out for in 2021 by the New York City Journal and her passion for helping people gain confidence in their lives and business lights her up every day. 

In this episode, we’re chatting about the biggest challenges of the first 1 to 2 years of the business journey as a coach. The fear and doubt of showing up online was a big obstacle for Sofia and I know that you’ll be able to relate to this feeling when starting out.
