My Word for 2026
As we get ready to wind down for the year, I’ve been thinking about what I want next year to truly feel like. And I’ve landed on one word that is going to shape everything I do in 2026.
Looking back, 2025 was a whirlwind. If you’ve felt pulled in every direction, you’re definitely not alone. I found it hard to stay connected to my guiding words in the thick of life and business, but this year feels different. My vision for 2026 is clear and purposeful.
My word for 2026? Leverage. For me, it’s about getting smart with what I already have, both in life and business. It’s not about adding more to my plate or pushing harder. It’s about using my existing resources, relationships and ideas in a way that multiplies their impact.
Leverage in Life
Last year reminded me to savour every moment. My life vision board isn’t just a dream on paper anymore. It’s my reality. I have the home I wished for, the family I hoped for and relationships that fill my days with meaning. 2026 is about soaking up these moments and letting the love and joy I already have fill my cup.
Leverage in Business
Business-wise, we’re coming off our best quarter in three years. Years of building reputation, systems and intellectual property are finally paying off. Now, it’s time to build on that solid foundation. This means stepping out of the constant hustle and into my role as a founder, guiding my team, fine-tuning our processes and scaling with intention.
What does this look like in practice? I’m focusing on refining workshops, amplifying our content and protecting my creative energy. I’ll be bringing in a content assistant to help us get the most out of everything we create. We’re repurposing resources, batching podcast episodes and choosing quality over quantity. The goal is to make what we already have work harder for us.
Creating Space for Growth
At the heart of leverage is a deeper respect for time and energy. My aim for 2026 is to create more white space for growth, building a foundation that can support bigger dreams without running myself ragged.
In the coming weeks, I’ll share more about how this vision will take shape. I’m excited to dive into trends, plans and what’s next for the new year. If we focus on leveraging what matters most, I know 2026 will be both successful and deeply fulfilling.
