Having the right mindset is one of the biggest fundamentals of running a successful business. Many of us entrepreneurs started our journey in the corporate world where we adopted a corporate mindset. This mindset says there’s a right way of doing things, a linear way of thinking and a hierarchy to adhere to. But that’s simply not the case in the world of entrepreneurship.
