The 3 Business Priorities We’re Betting On in 2026 (and Why You Should Too)
2026 is here, and we’re not just making resolutions. We’re making moves.
If your 2025 was anything like mine, with its mix of wins and the usual curveballs, you’re in good company. I talked about some of last year’s challenges in my December episodes, so if you’re in the mood for a bit of honest reflection, those are worth a listen.
This new year feels huge, and I’m ready to share the three big priorities we’re betting on for 2026. These aren’t revolutionary ideas on their own, but it’s all about how we plan to bring them to life with energy and intention. Here’s a look at what’s guiding us this year.
Leveling Up Our Content Game
First up is content. Over the past nine years, we’ve done a pretty good job, but if I’m honest, a lot of it has been reactive. We’ve had some great brand shoots and plenty of engaging material, but we haven’t always pushed for those top-tier content pieces that make people take notice.
In 2026, we’re going all in on high-quality content. I want to see brand snippets so well produced they stop people in their tracks. We’re mixing this with our real, raw, in-the-moment content because that balance is what truly connects. And yes, I’m on the hunt for a brilliant content assistant to help us level up.
Making Evergreen Funnels Effortless
Next is evergreen funnels. This year, it’s more important than ever to make it easy for people to buy from you every single day. The businesses that are thriving have seamless ads and funnels guiding clients through a smooth buying journey.
We’re focusing on fine-tuning our conversion events and making it as straightforward as possible for clients to find and buy our mastermind product. It’s all about those small tweaks in the funnel. The difference between scraping by and soaring often comes down to the details. We’re committed to refining and improving at every turn.
Creating In-Person Magic
Finally, let’s talk about in-person events. In 2026, authentic community and real connection are more valuable than ever. There’s something powerful about being in a room with mentors and peers who really get it.
This October, we’re hosting a two-day retreat designed to create that kind of magic. It’s the face-to-face experience our mastermind community has been craving, and I can’t wait to share more as we get closer.
