The Season 1 Finale of The Scalable Freedom Show + BTS January
I’m sitting here at the start of a new year, and it feels like we’re closing one chapter and cracking open another. The Scalable Freedom Show has been audio-only for a long time, and I’ve loved the intimacy of that. It’s felt like a proper conversation. But 2026 is calling for something bigger, and it’s time to bring you behind the scenes as we step into video podcasting.
Why We’re Moving to Video
You might be thinking, why change what’s working? Fair question. Audio has been such a powerful way to nurture our community and build trust. But if we want to grow, video matters. It’s where discoverability lives. It’s how new people find you, binge you, and decide they want more of what you’re about.
This shift isn’t about chasing trends or doing video because everyone else is. It’s strategic. I want our content to be a true gateway into the business. Something that reaches further, lands stronger, and still feels like me.
What’s Actually Changing
If you’re a loyal audio listener, nothing is being taken away. The episodes will still be here, exactly as you’re used to. We’re simply adding another way to experience them. You’ll be able to watch the same conversations on YouTube as well, which means more access, more reach, and more ways for people to share the show.
I’ll be honest, though, there will be a learning curve. Speaking to a camera is a different skill from speaking into a mic. The first few episodes might feel a little bumpy as I find my rhythm, but the intention stays the same. You’ll still get the value, the honesty, and the conversations that help you grow your own masterminds.
Behind The Scenes Shift
Video means new systems. New processes. A new way of thinking about content. We’re setting things up so the show can be human-first and evergreen at the same time. That means building a YouTube presence properly, creating content that holds up beyond the week it’s released, and making sure it still feels like a real conversation, not a performance.
I’m also not doing this alone. I’ll be recording in batches at a studio so that I can keep the workflow clean and sustainable. I don’t have a lot of hours to dedicate to this, so heading into a studio feels like the best way to achieve my goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
This shift also matches the season I’m in personally. Motherhood and business together have a way of forcing you to get very honest about what’s worth your time. With limited hours and a lot on my plate, every decision needs to maximise impact. Video podcasting lets me lean into my strengths, create content that travels further, and build something that supports growth without me having to be everywhere at once.
Change can feel uncomfortable, even when it’s exciting. But I’ve learned that discomfort is usually a sign you’re expanding. This is true in business, and it’s true in life. So yes, we’re doing the thing. We’re stepping into video, learning as we go, and bringing you along for it all.
Thank you for being here, truly. Your support is the reason this show has grown into what it is, and it’s the reason I’m excited to take it to the next level. Video episodes are coming soon, and I cannot wait for you to see what we’re building.
